① The carbon fiber board should be cut according to the design requirements and the bonding resin should be prepared according to the process specifications provided by the product supplier.
② Wipe the surface of the carbon fiber board clean until there is no dust. When pasting two layers, both sides of the bottom carbon fiber board should be wiped clean.
③ The cleaned carbon fiber board should be immediately coated with bonding resin, and the adhesive layer should be raised with an average thickness of not less than 2mm.
④ Gently press and stick the carbon fiber board coated with adhesive resin onto the desired location by hand. Use a rubber roller to evenly and smoothly compact along the fiber direction, allowing the resin to overflow from both sides to ensure compactness without voids. When multiple carbon fiber boards are pasted in parallel, the gap between the two boards should not be less than 5mm.
⑤ When two layers of carbon fiber board need to be pasted, they should be pasted continuously. If it cannot be pasted immediately, the bottom carbon fiber board should be cleaned again before starting to paste again.
